Pinterest Challenge Recap 1


I told you last week that I was making a call to action regarding my Pinterest board and so far I've made good, however, I've started with the most intangible one and the one that doesn't actually show any results until much later. 



In yoga, I struggled with a lot of things; balance, holding poses, flexibility--but one thing I also wanted to improve was my plank. I'm not talking the 2000's craze of laying on things, I'm talking hard core muscles engagement without the wicked shakes of arms and legs. 
I'm on day 2, so far so good....

Update!
As I'm home for Christmas, I've got my parents in on the planking fun.
